COMPETITIONS OFFICIAL RULES 

To participate in the Competitions, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules. 

All Competitions are completely free (no payments are required to participate). 

1. Organizing Company: 

The company Dorna Sports SL (hereinafter Dorna) established in Madrid 28002, Príncipe de Vergara 183 and NIF B-84760800 organize on the dates indicated below, the Competitions defined below that will take place during each Event of the MotoGP^TM 2025 Season in accordance with the clauses established in these Official Rules. 

2. Eligibility: 

The Scratch & Win and Spin to Win Competitions (“Competitions“) are open exclusively within the territorial limits of the country in which the Event takes place, to participants who visit the MotoGP^TM Event and who are at least sixteen (16) years of age at time of entry and have internet access and valid e-mail address at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Dorna, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win prizes. 

3. Term and territory: 

Competitions will take place online at each MotoGP^TM Event of the season 2025, which take place according to the MotoGP^TM Official 2025 Calendar (https://www.motogp.com/en/calendar/). All Competitions begin on Friday of each Event, at 08:30 am (local time) and ends on Sunday at 04:00 pm (local time) of such Events (“Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the end time of the Promotional Period may be subject to change for each Event, contingent upon the time at which the Big Screens are deactivated.  

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, an eligible person can enter the Competitions by visiting https://fanview.motogp.com/ (the “Website”), the App and by scanning the QR codes that will be shown on the Big Screens, following the instructions there. 

4. How to participate in the Competitions: 

SCRATCH & WIN Valid entry (to be activated): Each ENTRY will allow you to scratch the card, you will be a potential instant prize winner. Immediately after the scratcher completes, a notification will appear indicating whether or not you are an instant prize winner. If you are an instant prize winner, you will receive a notification that indicates what prize you won, subject to verification. The winning ENTRIES within the Promotion Period have been randomly paired with a certain randomly preselected times during the Promotion Period. It will only be allowed one (1) scratch per race weekend.

SPIN TO WIN Valid entry: Entry grants you a chance to spin the wheel and win a prize. The wheel has six (6) possible outcomes: five (5) segments with prizes and one (1) "No Win" segment. If your spin lands on a prize segment, you will instantly win the prize shown on the wheel. However, if it lands on the "No Win" segment, you will not receive a prize.

Each participant is permitted to spin the wheel once per day. If a participant wins, they will receive one (1) prize. Multiple spins are not allowed, regardless of the outcome of any previous attempt. Participants may only win one (1) prize per event.

Entries generated by a script or other automated means or by any means that subverts the Competition process (as determined by Dorna in their sole discretion) will be disqualified. 

Prize and winner verification:

All prize claims are subject to verification by Dorna. Screen shots are not proof of winning; you are not a winner of any prize, even if the website should indicate so, unless and until your eligibility, your prize (if any), and your entry have been verified by Dorna, and you have been notified by Dorna that such verification is complete. 

Potential winners may be required to furnish Dorna with proof of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules; failure to do so will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. 

5. Prizes: 

The winners of the Competitions may win one (1) prize from among the following prizes offered by DORNA at each Event.

The prizes for each Competition will be awarded randomly through the App, save as in the Spin to Win competition. Winners acknowledge that they are not entitled to request a substitution of the prizes, nor may they claim alternative prizes, cash equivalents, or any other form of compensation. DORNA retains the sole discretion to make any such decisions. DORNA reserves the right to modify the Prizes of the Competitions, partially or totally at any time.

Any other expenses that are not expressly assumed by DORNA in these Official Rules shall be borne by the winners (i.e. transport, accommodation, meals, etc.).

6. Prize delivery:

Depending on the Prize, the delivery procedure may vary. If you win a discount on one of our products, you will automatically receive an alphanumeric code, which you may apply directly at the time of purchasing the corresponding product. This code may only be used once (1).

If the prize consists of a MotoGP^TM product or one of our experiences, DORNA will contact you via email to provide instructions for collecting the product or details regarding the experience (location, time, etc.). In this regard, DORNA may request your personal data (name, surname, telephone number, and/or identification number) via e-mail for the processing and management of the corresponding prize, in accordance with the provisions set forth in section 10 of these Rules.

7. Prize Restrictions: 

Limit of one (1) prize per person/family/household. Each Prize referred to above will only be attributed to one (1) person/family/household with legal residence/domicile in any given territory where the prize can be legally delivered. Any costs and incidentals not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize except with Dorna’s permission or where required by law. Dorna in its sole discretion may award a substitute prize or prize component of equal or greater value if advertised prize/prize component is unavailable at time of awarding for any reason.

Any images of prizes/prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and actual items awarded as prizes/prize components may differ from such images. Tax regulation of the prizes will be according to the applicable law. Any tax burden that the acceptance of the prize may involve shall be borne by the winners according to their tax domicile. DORNA may request winners to provide DORNA with some relevant data for tax purposes.

8. Limitations of Liability: 

Dorna is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to human, typographical, printing or electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Competitions are not capable of running as planned, including infection by any device virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Dorna’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competitions, Dorna reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competitions and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with (or attempts to tamper with) the entry process, prize claim process, or operation of the Competitions (or any part thereof). In such event, Dorna shall conduct the Competitions and make the affected prize(s) available from among all eligible entries received in a manner which is fair, appropriate, and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules, as determined by Dorna in its sole discretion. Notice of cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension of Competitions will be posted on the Website and/or the App. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, record or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or prize claims; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, or electronic entry or prize claim to be received or recorded on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone/device (or data/information stored thereon) related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Competitions. 

9. Release and Additional Conditions of Participation: 

By participating in the Competitions, you agree to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dorna, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Competitions, you agree to release and hold harmless Dorna, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties“) from any and all actions, claims, injury, death, loss or damage to person(s) or property arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Competitions and/or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of any prize.

 By participating in the Competitions, you expressly authorize Dorna and its designees to use your name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence for promotional purposes or on a published winners’ list (if applicable), in any and all MotoGP^TM Official media channels now know or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation, permission, approval, or notification, to the extent permitted by law. Dorna is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Dorna’s sole discretion, without obligation or compensation. 

These Official Rules, and any other additional conditions published on www.motogp.com, constitute a full agreement between DORNA and the Participant in relation to the participation in the Competitions.

If it is found by a Court that any of these Rules for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.

Nothing in these Rules and no action taken by the Participant or DORNA under these Rules shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture or establish a relationship of principal and agent or any other relationship between the parties beyond the contractual relationship established under these Official Rules.

10. Data Protection 

The data controller is DORNA SPORTS, SL with registered office at Madrid 28002, (Spain) Calle Príncipe de Vergara 183 and NIF B-84760800. DORNA takes very seriously the protection of your privacy and your personal data and therefore, DORNA undertakes to treat your data with the utmost care and diligence. 

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations and specifically with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), each Participant consents DORNA to process its personal data with the acceptance of these Official Rules. The personal information provided will be incorporated in a file owned by DORNA. 

We inform you that your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

1. To process your participation in the Competitions and if necessary, to proceed with the delivery of the prize with the corresponding withholding taxes. 
2. To send those communications accepted in user’s profile (it could be commercial information from third party’s products and services promoted by DORNA when accepted and commercial information from DORNA related to MotoGP^TM). 

Winner’s data may be published on Dorna’s platforms and official social media accounts. This publication may involve an international data transfer to a country whose standard data protection law does not present the equivalent to the European one. Competitions participants accept such transfer notwithstanding DORNA may take additional measures to grant the security level of data. 

The conservation period may vary depending on data processing purposes:

1. • If the participant has given specific consent to receive promotional mails, DORNA will keep the data as long as participants do not expressly exercise the right to rectification or erasure. 
   • DORNA may keep winner’s data for the purposes established in the applicable law, among other, tax laws. 

For the aforementioned purposes, your data will not be shared with third parties unless we are obliged by law to do that. Notwithstanding, if you participate in the Competitions, your data will be accessed by Fan Hub Media UK Ltd S.L. who will act as a data processor, always on behalf of DORNA and under DORNA’s instructions, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

The Participants have the following rights related to its personal data: access, rectification, cancellation or objection. Participants can exercise these rights and administer their preferences at any moment in the “my profile” section, that is available to the registered users or send a request by post mail to Dorna Sports S.L. 28002, Madrid, (Spain) Principe de Vergara, 183 or by e-mail at [e-mail]. DORNA may ask you to send a copy of an ID that proves your identity. Request must include an official ID where the name can be read in Latin alphabet. 

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the Participant shall have the right to file a claim with Data Control Authority in the European country where it is the participant’s residence, in case of considering that the treatment of the personal data is not adequate to the regulations, as well as in the case of not feeling satisfied with the exercise of its rights. The Data Control Authority where the claim has been presented will inform the claimant about the course and the result of the claim. 

The Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and they are responsible for communicating to DORNA any modification. DORNA recommends the Participants to share its Personal Data with the maximum diligence and the use of security tools, not being responsible from modification or loss of illicit data.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction 

These Official Rules are governed by Spanish law. The participants and the organization accept that any controversy that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Official Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid. 

Any claim regarding the Competitions must be submitted, in writing, to Dorna Sports SL, Narcís Monturiol 208960 Sant Just Desvern – Spain, to the Att. of the Legal Department, before thirty (30) subsequent days to the last day, as indicated in these rules. 

In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these Official Rules and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes shall be subject to the Courts of Madrid. 

12. Acceptance of the bases 

Participants acknowledge that mere participation in the Competitions implies the necessary acceptance of these Official Rules and the submission to decisions based on DORNA’S interpretation of the Official Rules. The Official Rules have been drafted in English. It might be available automated translations of this document; however, English version shall be deemed the only official document. 

DORNA reserves the right to modify the Official Rules of the Competitions, partially or totally at any time. Also, DORNA reserves the right to declare the prize null and void in case of detecting any irregularity. In case of any modification, it will be duly disclosed to the participants on DORNA’s website and in the same platforms that the Competitions has been published.
